1. Overview & Third-Party Hosting Notice
ViralVideo Hub (https://viralvideonew.com) respects the intellectual property rights of artists, studios, and creators. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512), we maintain an expedited notice-and-takedown procedure.
Important Technical Note: We do not host, store, or upload video files onto our web servers. All video playback is delivered via standard HTML5 iframe embeds originating from third-party hosts. When a takedown notice is received, we immediately remove the embed link from our catalog within 24 to 48 hours. For permanent removal from the internet, you should also contact the actual file host storing the video file.
2. Filing a Formal DMCA Notice
To file a valid copyright infringement notification, please send a written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following elements:
- Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or representative list if multiple works).
- Exact URLs: The specific URL(s) on
viralvideonew.com/watch/...where the allegedly infringing link is located. - Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Response Timeline & Agent Contact
Upon receipt of a complete notice satisfying the requirements above, we will review and remove the reported embedded content within 24 to 48 business hours.
